TRANSACTION CURRENCY

Please note that all orders are processed in USD. If your local card or account is registered in a different currency, your financial institution will automatically calculate and apply the standard exchange rate at the time of purchase.

INSTALLMENT OPTIONS

Do you support split payments? Yes, we provide a 3-month installment plan. This flexible payment solution can be selected directly on the checkout screen.

ORDER REVISIONS & MODIFICATIONS

If you detect an error in your order summary after receiving your confirmation, please reach out to our Customer Service team immediately at service@liberidge.com. We are happy to update your order details, provided the package has not yet left our warehouse. Once an item has been dispatched, no further adjustments can be made.

MISSING ORDER CONFIRMATIONS

If your verification email hasn't arrived, it is likely due to a typo during checkout, or the message may have been redirected to your junk or spam folder. To verify your purchase, simply log in to your Liberidge account to view your recent history. Alternatively, send an email to service@liberidge.com, and our team will gladly verify the status for you.
