What happens if I am not home for delivery?
If you are unavailable, the courier will either attempt delivery the following day or contact you to reschedule, depending on your local delivery service. In some cases, you may need to collect the package from your local post office if home delivery cannot be completed.

Are returns free?
To return an item, please contact us to receive the correct Return Address. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase. Return shipping is free if the return is due to a Liberidge error. For returns based on personal preference, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund balance.
How long does it take to process a return?
We inspect and confirm return packages within 14 days of arrival at our warehouse. Once approved, your refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued within 14 days.
